7-Day Return Policy
Each raia piece is handcrafted by skilled artisans — minor variations and subtle traces of craftsmanship are part of its unique character. Due to the nature of shipping, slight surface marks may occur on designs with large metal areas. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these natural details.
To ensure a smooth return process, please kindly note:
1. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry (e.g. earrings) is sealed with a packaging seal. If the seal is broken or removed, the item is no longer eligible for return.
2. For non-pierced items (e.g. rings, bracelets, necklaces), please ensure that the original electrostatic film and/or tags remain intact. Removal or damage to these will void the return eligibility.
3. Orders that qualified for free shipping and are later partially returned may incur a shipping fee if the final order value falls below the free shipping threshold. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
4. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card. COD handling fees charged by third parties are non-refundable.
5. Please return items in their original condition, including packaging and any complimentary accessories.
6. If your parcel appears damaged on delivery, please inspect the contents in the presence of the courier. If the product is damaged, take photos and refuse the package. For hidden damage, contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
7. Kindly review our return criteria before sending your item back. Items returned without meeting the return conditions (e.g. worn or used) will not be sent back to you, and refunds will be issued only at our discretion as a gesture of goodwill.
8. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.
9. We currently do not offer exchanges, including size exchanges for rings.
