Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. Pierced Jewelry:
    Earrings are considered pierced jewelry and cannot be tried on due to hygiene reasons. Items must be returned with the tamper-proof "raia" seal on the packaging intact.

  2. Rings, Necklaces, and Bracelets:
    These items are protected with a static film or product tags. Ensure the static film and tags are neither removed nor damaged during trials. Returns will only be accepted if they are in their original condition.

  3. Packaging and Accessories:
    All accompanying items, such as original packaging, velvet pouches, resealable bags, and complimentary items (e.g., silver polishing cloths), must be returned in clean, unopened, and undamaged condition.


Non-Eligible Returns

Returns will not be processed if:

  • The tamper-proof seal on the packaging has been broken.
  • The protective film or product tags have been removed or show signs of damage.
  • Any part of the packaging or accessories is missing, opened, or damaged.

In such cases, we will not be able to provide you with a refund or exchange, we will no longer send back the items that do not meet the return requirements, and these items will be recycled.

In exceptional cases, we may at our sole discretion, out of a gesture of good will, offer a partial or full refund on the returned item even if it does not meet our refund requirements instead of sending it back to you.


Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Verify Eligibility: Confirm that the item meets the return criteria listed above.
  2. Submit a Request: Go to the Return & Refund section on our website and log in with your order details (order number, email, or phone number).
  3. Approval Notification: Once your request is approved, you will receive an email with a pre-paid return label.
  4. Package the Item: Use the original packaging to securely pack the item. Ensure proper handling to prevent any damage during transit.
  5. Shipping: Return shipping costs are determined based on the reason for return and will be confirmed at the time of approval.
  6. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days if all conditions are met. The exact time for the refund to reach you depends on your chosen payment method.

Return Fees

For returns initiated due to personal preference—such as “change of mind,” “not suitable,” or “not as expected”—the return shipping cost is borne by the customer.
If the refund causes the remaining purchase amount to fall below the free-shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
In other cases, the applicable return fee and method will be assessed on a case-by-case basis after inspection and confirmation by our team.


Refunds

  • For online payments: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 1–15 business days.
  • For COD payments: Refunds will be issued as a gift card sent to your registered email within 24 hours of approval.
